Io ho sempre amato quest'albero e i suoi frutti mi ricordano la mia infanzia.
Era un albero presente nel giardino di agrumi che stava dinnanzi casa mia, ricordo che con mio padre andavamo a raccoglierli, salvandoli da una crudele fine perchè nessuno li raccoglieva....
Facendo delle ricerche mi sono stupita di quante proprietà hanno.
Esso viene definito "albero di Dio", l'albero delle sette virtù, ha resistito persino allo scoppio della bomba a Nagasaki.

Avendo a disposizione cosi tanta frutta e bella matura ho preso il mio bimby e mi sono avventurata a farne di questa frutta una marmellata.
E' venuta molto buona, penso che il trucco comunque è di avere i cachi ben maturi per non sentire quella sensazione che "lappa" in bocca.
Ho messo degli ingredienti di testa mia:
1 KG DI CACHI;
SUCCO DI 1/2 LIMONE;
500 GR. DI ZUCCHERO.
Ho lasciato per 50 minuti a velocità 2, 100° per poi mettere il programma Varoma altri 15 minuti.
Alla fine il risultato e di una tenuta consistente..... magari bastava anche 10 minuti in meno di Varoma, ma tutto sommato non mi dispiace.
Attenzione a mettere al posto del pappino del bimby in superficie, il cestello.
Per chi non possiede il bimby può benissimo farla nella maniera tradizionale utilizzando gli stessi ingredienti.
Ho sterilizzato dei vasetti in forno a temperatura 100° per 10 minuti.
Una volta versata la marmellata nei vasetti, capovolgere..... ecco qua!
