Singolare è unico questo dolce che da la tridimensionalità del oggetto albero.

L'ho acquistato in occasione dei  mercatini di  natale, lo scorso anno, a Vipiteno.

Ci sono diverse ricette all'interno, in questa occasione ho fatto la ricetta della torta sabbiosa.

Per la decorazione ci si può sbizzarrire come si vuole.

Io ho utilizzato la ghiaccia colorata con i confettini colorati, i ciuffetti bianchi sono delle piccole meringhe che si trovano in commercio ai supermercati nel reparto delle meterie prime per dolci.
